We want you to be happy with your purchase from 3DSendIt. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.

We accept returns of eligible, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Free from damage caused after delivery
• Returned with any included parts or accessories

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Because custom, personalized, made-to-specification, and specially commissioned products are produced specifically for the customer, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

If we determine that the product was damaged in transit, defective, or sent incorrectly, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

For returns based on preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error by 3DSendIt or an item arriving damaged or defective, we will work with you regarding return or replacement shipping.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Because our products are individually manufactured using additive manufacturing, minor variations in layer texture, surface finish, or color may occur. These normal characteristics of the 3D printing process are not considered defects.
