3DSendIt offers 3D printed products, custom manufacturing services, replacement parts, prototypes, and related products and services.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or decline an order when reasonably necessary.

Because many of our products are individually 3D printed, minor variations in color, layer texture, surface appearance, and finish may occur. These characteristics are normal for additive manufacturing and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, actual colors and finishes may vary due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, filament batches, and manufacturing variations.

Product photos may show examples of available colors or finishes and may not represent the exact appearance of every individual item.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed during checkout at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear pricing or technical errors.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other required charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by 3DSendIt.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order because of circumstances including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Shipping restrictions
• Errors affecting the order
• An inability to manufacture a custom product as requested

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Order processing and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, manufacturing time, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.

Custom, personalized, replacement, prototype, and made-to-specification products may be manufactured specifically for an individual customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, measurements, reference files, photographs, models, instructions, and other information necessary to complete custom work.

Unless otherwise agreed, custom or personalized products generally cannot be returned merely because the customer changes their mind after production has begun.

If changes are requested after design or manufacturing work has started, additional charges or production time may apply.

When submitting a design, photograph, model, CAD file, STL file, logo, trademark, or other content to 3DSendIt, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to use that material and to authorize us to use it for the requested work.

3DSendIt reserves the right to decline work that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or our policies.

Unless otherwise stated, content created by or owned by 3DSendIt, including original website content, photographs, branding, logos, text, graphics, and original designs, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit 3DSendIt-owned content without authorization.

Certain products sold by 3DSendIt may be manufactured from designs licensed from third-party creators. Rights in those underlying designs remain with their respective owners where applicable.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and for their intended purpose.

Unless a product is specifically identified as being designed and tested for a particular safety-critical application, 3DSendIt products should not be assumed to be certified for medical, life-safety, structural, automotive safety, protective equipment, or other safety-critical applications.

Do not use a product in an application where failure could reasonably result in serious injury or significant property damage unless the product has been specifically designed, evaluated, and approved for that application.

Some products may contain small parts or components that are unsuitable for young children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a child and for providing appropriate supervision.

Product-specific warnings or age recommendations should be followed where provided.

You agree not to use this website:

• To interfere with the operation or security of the website
